Our 7-Stage Manufacturing Process
Every piece passes through a rigorous cycle from unstitched textile to packed dispatch.
Fabric / Material Selection
Fabric is selected for the category and use — everyday cotton and rayon for daily-wear pieces, festive fabrics such as georgette for occasion wear.
Cutting
Panels are cut to pattern ahead of stitching, sized across the standard run for the style.
Stitching
Garments are assembled and stitched according to the construction specified for each style.
Finishing
Finishing work — trims, closures, pressing — is completed before quality checking.
Quality Checking
Finished garments are checked before packing to catch construction or finishing issues.
Packing
Garments are packed ahead of dispatch to retail, wholesale and bulk orders.
Bulk Dispatch
Bulk and wholesale orders are prepared for dispatch once confirmed with the buyer.
